I bought two of those to replace the brakes (both front and rear) on a 2007 Honda Pilot. It fits fine under the vehicle using the lowest setting. So if the car had more clearance off the ground I could raise the insert and move the pin to higher setting. I am not so sure it would fit under a regular car, not an SUV (just something to keep in mind). Both units work well. The instructions are really minimalist and it took me a few minutes to realize that I needed to turn the tiny valve at the base of the unit to a fully closed position (clockwise) in order for the jack to start going up when I was pumping the handle. You can use the removable handle (it has grooves) to turn the valve. In order to lower the jack, you can use the handle to turn the valve counter-clockwise. Do it very slowly though, if you want the car to go down gracefully. Other than that everything is pretty obvious" pump to raise the jack. Lower the lever to lock the stand. Raise the lever to release it - You may have to raise the jack just a bit before lowering it if the lever is made stuck by the weight on the jack and you can't release it in its current position.

I bought two of these from Tractor supply for $29.99 each and
another $9 total for shipping. Used them to change my oil and
rotate the tires, they work great, easy to lift my F150 4x4
extended cab and felt safe under the truck with the self locking
jack stands. Easy to release to get them out too, comes with
two handles on each jack for letting them down and jacking them
up. Very satisfied, would highly recommend over a regular bottle
jack, plus it's 3 tons!

I love these gloves from Ironclad. Durable and warm they are perfect for working outside in the snow and cold. My hands have stayed dry and warm even when having to work in wet, icy conditions reaching into sumps and drains.

I'm back to update my review on these gloves. The paragraph above was written on February 15, 2009 and today is January 24, 2011. I am still using these gloves and find them to be very warm except when it gets to bitter cold temps. Once the outside air temp drops into the teens or single digits, with wind chill temps in the negative I can feel my fingers starting to get cold and numb if I'm not actively using my hands working on something. Other than that these gloves still work great at keeping my fingers warm and toasty. I'd also like to say that they are water proof to a point. I was reaching into iced over gutters with water under the ice removing leaves and while my actual skin was staying dry I could tell the gloves were getting water logged. I could take them off and ring them out so I am guessing the water proof layer is the inner most layer of the glove. I also use these gloves when walking my dogs, removing snow off the driveway and when working outside in the cold such as on my snow blower. The textured finger tips allowed me to pick up even tiny washers laying on the cement! I am noticing a lot of "irish pendants" or little strings hanging off the gloves around the stitching, but that started a few months after I began using the gloves and it hasn't been an issue in durability yet.

The gloves are good for cold weather with 200g of insulation but for snow removal/wet snow removal in 30 min's my hands were cold and still dry. I could see the break down in the glove's ability to be waterproof. However I bought these gloves to keep my hands dry, waterproof, and warm. These gloves failed in the warm category. When the glove's got wet and started retaining water my hands got cold this happened about 30 min's into snow removal. The work part of the gloves has held up for being tough.

This Viton O-ring is black in color, round in shape, has a durometer (hardness) of 75A, and is designed for use in a wide variety of sealing applications.

Viton has excellent heat, fuel, and chemical resistance. Viton is acceptable for temperature applications between -15 degrees F (-26 degrees C) to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). It is compatible for use with non-flammable hydraulic fuels, silicone oil, chlorinated hydrocarbons (trichlorethylene), fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene) and aliphatic hydrocarbons (propane), as well as high vacuum environments, ozone, and weathering. Viton is vulnerable to low molecular organic acids, ammonia gas, alkalis, amines, glycol-based brake fluids, and super-heated steam.

This Viton O-ring has a shore durometer of 75A. Shore durometer is the hardness of a material, and its resistance to permanent indentation. A higher durometer value indicates greater resistance to indentation on a scale of 0 to 100, with 100 indicating no indentation.

O-rings commonly provide a pressure and fluid seal between cylindrically shaped, overlapping mating surfaces and are commonly seen in engines, faucets, flanges, valves and various cylinders. They are circular in shape, with a round cross section and a hole in the center, similar to a doughnut. O-rings are available in various sizes, and can be ordered based on required nominal inside diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), and cross-sectional (CS) diameter.

This Viton O-ring meets standards defined by Aerospace Standard AS568A, which is the Aerospace Size Standard for O-rings.

I live 40 miles from the nearest FM transmitter, 12 from AM. This radio does the best job of any small portable I've tried for solid FM reception, tho certainly not even close to a car radio. But good enough for my needs. Got nothing useful on AM/SW, which is normal unless you're very close to transmitters. Unlike others, the buttons on mine work just fine. I like the availability of a tuning knob as a compliment to the scan feature. I echo the complaints about the volume control, and speaker sound quality/maximum volume is minimally acceptable.

Three stars because of sound quality, volume control issues, and somewhat fiddly presets. 5 stars for FM reception. Operation is pretty intuitive if you've had experience with similar products.

Relative to the Kaito KA212, the CC gets higher marks for FM reception and available presets, lower for sound and volume control. Same rating as the Kaito for AM/SW reception. Poor. Be aware, if you live nearer transmitters, your experience with AM is likely to be better than mine on both radios.

I have had the CC SW Pocket radio for a month.

It is compact, and the batteries last a long time. I read other reviews regarding how sensitive the volume control is. They are correct. If you touch

the tiny button, it can go from very low volume, to extremely loud.

The small buttons on the lower right, are difficult to use. My finger can easily push two buttons at one time, and mess up the changing of stations,

as well as some of the features.

I expected to get far more stations to come in clearly. They do not, and that is the most disappointing part of the radio. It was the main

reason to purchase it. At least, there is another tiny button, which lights up the panel, so I can see what station I am listening to, however, the

light remains on for just a few seconds, so I cannot follow each station as I would like. You can set up your favorite stations--again, with

the use of the small buttons. I just use the one button, which changes stations, as I press it down. As soon as I can hear the sound clearly,

I leave the station on. I would say this is just an OK little radio--not worth the money.
